This is Mikey, a two year old eight pound maltese mix? The
photo on the right was his shelter photo, and the one on the left
after grooming. I admit his shelter photo is prettier but he
was too matted for his coat to be saved. It will grow back.
He is a lovely, gentle, dog.

Conrad - is with us safe and sound.
Conrad is a very shy male maltese mix, about three years old. He came in with what appear to be littermates. My nickname for them were "the filthes" which described them pretty well, and he was the shy member of the group. He is quiet, gentle, and likes to hide in the tall grass. He loves to sit and watch TV. |

This is Apollo and Zeus, a pair of Yorkies ages 2 and 4. Because they have had a difficult time and they are totally bonded they need to be adopted together. | |

This is Tiny Little Lily, weighing about three pounds and about
eight years old. She is in a foster home for some TLC and to gain some weight before her dental. She should be ready for a new home in about two weeks (Feb 14). |

This is Eeyore, a female poodle mix, probably with Doxie. She
has big feet and short legs. Her paperwork says she is three
years old but we think she is probably closer to five. She was turned into the shelter on December 10 and we have had her a month. She is still in shock at the loss of her family and is often anxious and desperate for affection. Our guess is that she was with someone who doted on her and now that someone is gone. She would be ideal in a senior retirement home. We are hoping for that.

Bailey is a male cockapoo??
puppy about 12 weeks old. Because he was so sick at
the shelter we believed him to be blind.
However, he apparently can see quite well.

rat or fox terrier. He weighs about 8 pounds and is friendly
and quiet. Click on Peanut's Facebook album link for more photos.

Pip is a gentle, sweet, fun little dog. He loves to walk on a leash and is good with other dogs. He is a year or so old and has spent too much of his little life in rescue. He would love a forever home. |
