| Our Rescue Team has been reluctant to incorporate and file
for nonprofit status mainly because we really didn't want to get bogged
down in a lot of red tape.
However, we have seen the many advantages and are now officially a
California Corporation, Animal Match Rescue Team, Inc. and on Nov. 5,
2001, we
were informed that we indeed have been granted tax exempt status under
501(c)(3) from the IRS and from the California.

| The OutaLA Program -
there are shortages of small dogs and puppies, north, south, and east
of Los Angeles. Our plan is to move as many as we can into these
communities. We are hoping to convince some business travelers
to take with them these small dogs to cities where there are
shortages.
There are shortages of adoptable dogs in Orange County and San
Diego County. We are trying to move dogs from LA City and County
shelters to shelters in these counties. Irvine is successfully
doing this now. We need funds to pay the fees to the LA
City/County shelters as these dogs/cats are not given away even to
transfer them to another county's shelter.

We are now going to start up these programs:
The Save The Babies Program - providing support for those who
have bailed unweaned litters from our shelters. Much of this will be
web site support.
The Spay Now Program - many pregnant dogs are turned into
shelters by uninformed pet owners who do not know these dogs can indeed be
spayed now. Not too late. Most of these pregnant dogs are
killed in the shelters. This will not save the litter, but
will at least save the mother.
